The location of Peveril Cottage - Darwin Lake Holiday Village was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by serene beauty, it provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage itself was lovely, equipped with everything we needed and even had board games for entertainment. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our two-night stay enjoyable.
Although our stay was great overall, there were a couple of minor issues. The cleanliness of the cottage could have been better as we found some stains on the cushion covers and a not-so-pleasant surprise in the toilet upon arrival.

Benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available onsite. During my stay, I felt like a tech-savvy road warrior with the complimentary WiFi. It was so fast, it could have given Usain Bolt a run for his money. And the private parking? Let's just say it made me feel like a VIP with my own personal chauffeur service.
Dressing table with mirror missing.

Had a fabulous Christmas getaway at this cozy cottage. The location was stunning, surrounded by the beauty of nature. The peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed for a relaxing holiday. We loved that the cottage was fully equipped with all the essentials and even had board games to keep us entertained. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
There were a couple of minor issues that slightly affected our experience. it was a bit difficult to find the cottage as there was no one at reception when we arrived and no phone signal to guide us.

I loved the complimentary WiFi, it gave me the perfect excuse to avoid socializing with my annoying family. Private parking was also great, I didn't have to walk too far from the car to the cottage.
Oh, and how could I forget the joy of staying in a place that desperately needed redecorating? It was like stepping into a time warp, but not the good kind.
